  • LDC - Laser diode controller 57 - LDC - Laser diode controller

    The laser diode driver of the LDC-series acts as a real current source and is available with an integrated TEC-Controller as option. As further option, it is available with an integrated laser diode (e.g. 30 W). The unit provides a diode current of max. 60A.

  • LDTP - High power laser diode driver 58 - LDTP - High power laser diode driver

    The high power laser diode drivers of the LDTP series provide a secure and safe operation of laser diodes and laser diode stacks. Available output power levels are 1000W, 2000W and 3000W. The maximum diode current is available with 50A, 70A and 100A.
